After graduating from the University of South Australia in 1992, Scott initially commenced working at the Royal Adelaide Hospital before quickly moving into private practice. Scott completed his Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 1999 before taking over Southside Manipulative Physiotherapy at Westbourne Park in 2001 and then setting up the state-of-the art Flex Rehabilitation Clinic in 2006.
During nearly 20 years of clinical practice, Scott has been involved with many sporting teams and associations. These include the position of senior physiotherapist at Sturt Football Club for the last 13 years, physiotherapist for the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League in 2010 and roles with the Australian Women's Lacrosse senior and junior teams. Scott currently holds appointments with the Adelaide Cougars Netball Club, The College of Elite Golf and The National High Performance Academy for Tennis Australia in South Australia. Scott is also a consultant physiotherapist for a number of orthopaedic surgeons at Wakefield Hospital and he has been a regular lecturer in the post-graduate physiotherapy program at the University of South Australia.
Scott's clinical interests include the management of hip/groin/pelvic injuries, spinal problems, Pilates and orthopaedic rehabilitation. His passion to solve complex patient conditions has allowed Scott to develop a broad range of clinical skills that provide excellent outcomes for his clients. Scott's personal time is kept busy with his 3 children and a passion for gardening and travel.
